My goal as a therapist is to create a supportive environment in which you can explore your emotional needs and overcome barriers that limit your full potential. I take an open-minded approach to client wellness and consider my client's work life, family relationships, cultural and spiritual beliefs, sexual and gender identity. 

 In therapy, you can explore beliefs that motivate and influence your emotions and behaviors. I emphasize development of mindfulness skills to increase awareness and acceptance of your thoughts and emotions.​​​
