My goal as a therapist is to create a supportive environment in which you can explore your emotional needs and overcome barriers that limit your full potential. I take an open-minded approach to client wellness and consider my client's work life, family relationships, cultural and spiritual beliefs, sexual and gender identity.
I offer individual and relationship therapy. In therapy, you can explore beliefs that motivate and influence your emotions and behaviors. I emphasize development of mindfulness skills to increase awareness and acceptance of your thoughts and emotions.
